Housed in a tough, extruded aluminum shell that is powder coated with a chromate conversion coating, Access Fixtures LED bollard are extremely durable. These bollards include a clear or prismatic polycarbonate lens for long life and good distribution of light. The bollard is mounted on a heavy-duty base plate with a built-in level and anchor bolts that sit in concrete for sturdy mounting. All commercial bollard lights from Access Fixtures are CSA wet-location rated. Bollards are typically exposed to the elements and, because of this, each housing needs to be able to endure them all. Access Fixtures offer a range of sleek and sturdy bollard lights to suitably illuminate your area.
Bollard Lights – Lenses, Reflectors, and Refractors
Bollard light optics should be selected based on application requirements. Optics affect the amount and distribution of the emitted light.
Type V Glass
Commercial bollard lights with type V glass send controlled light through a prismatic borosilicate glass refractor 360 degrees around the bollard. These are great for throwing light not only on a walkway but on any type of landscaping next to the walkway, too.
Louvered
Commercial bollard lights with louvers are a good choice for controlled light aimed toward the ground. Like the reflector bollards, the light source on these units can’t be directly seen.
