Heat Resistant LED Lights

Heat Resistant LED lights are designed and manufactured to work in high-heat environments such as steel mills and other manufacturing facilities with heat processing or high ambient temperatures. To be a heat-resistant LED light the light fixture should be EXTREME-LIFE rated, L70 @ 100,000 hours at 80°C/176°F with an attached LED driver or 100°C/212°F with a remote LED driver. It should also be industrial grade, being rated IP66 for wet locations, IK10 impact resistance, 3G or 5G for vibration, and field repairable. As heat-resistant LED light fixtures are typically mounted high and need to illuminate large areas, the light fixtures should have custom optics so the light is effectively distributed on the work surface where it is needed.
